CSC Worldwide introduces freedom and flexibility in merchandising with our new Front End Merchandiser (FEM). Uniquely designed to provide maximum merchandising opportunities, our design telescopes from 34" to 82" in length and accommodates most belt lengths.
The exclusive CSC Worldwide FEM design is interchangeable. Wire racks for candy, magazines and impulse products can be configured to meet your specific merchandising needs. Racks are designed to accommodate several different lobby sizes and magazine cover visibility is enhanced with our display holders that keep publications pushed to the front of the display.

Exceptional Service is the heart of our business. We believe in exceptional service, we align our services to be exceptional, and track our performance and make adjustments to get better each and every day. In 2007, we began tracking our Exceptional Service and created an Exceptional Service group to internally monitor and improve our operations.
Our performance goals are – 99.5% On Time, 99.5% As Intended, 99.5% Pre-ship Quality, 100% Install Quality. We track these levels on a daily basis individually in the Food Group and Specialty Retail Group. Honesty, integrity and a willingness to continually improve our performance have kept the numbers real since the start of the tracking. Our "On Time", and "As Intended" numbers continue to improve. Production quality and time to build each unit is also measured on each individual manufacturing line so we can improve our processes and efficiencies in production.
CSC Worldwide Installs 2,200 Fixtures in Six Weeks

COLUMBUS, OHIO CSC Worldwide "Inspired Solutions , Exceptional Service" continues as the company recently manufactured and installed a 2,200 fixture roll-out in six weeks.
"We are committed to being the best service organization in the industry. We have a talented employee base and a focus to execute this successfully," said Chris Aschinger, COO of CSC Worldwide.
According to Aschinger, CSC Worldwide was contacted by their client to submit a proposal for a large rollout with a short timeline. The company bid on the project and was awarded the package for a national, major supermarket chain. The 2,200 units required additional logistics with the addition of electronics equipment to each fixture.
"We successfully completed the manufacturing and the logistics of the units, updating our customer every step of the way through photos and notifications on our customer web site. Our team handled this project without a hesitation, and without a hitch," said Brian Zornes, V.P. of Supermarket.
The Inspired Solutions, Exceptional Service tag line was born out of what the company is currently doing for its customers, not what it hopes to do, according to Aschinger.
"Collaborative design and team problem solving, along with constant attention to the customer’s requests and needs that go into a project of this magnitude are what we have built our philosophy on," Aschinger said.
